Mystified or overwhelmed by the thought of preparing your taxes by yourself? You’re not alone.
The U.S. Tax Code is almost 7,000 pages long - and if you include tax regulations and federal tax guidance, that number leaps up to ten times that number - over 70,000 pages! (Also, what is the difference between tax code and tax regulation and tax guidance???) There’s a lot to know about tax, and let’s get real, does anyone actually want to read all those pages?
You don’t. That’s why you’re here. We can handle the tax expertise, so you can focus on your area of expertise.

Tax Planning and Advisory
Our tax advisory services start where most tax prep ends. Yes, we’ll help you get ahead of your tax bill and keep more of what you earn, but the real value is in what those savings make possible. We look at your business and personal goals together, then build a year-round strategy that turns tax planning into a tool for growth: reinvesting in your operations, hiring, expanding, building wealth, or preparing for whatever is next.

Tax Preparation FAQs
-
The initial filing deadlines are:
March 15th for businesses
April 15th for individuals
May 15th for non-profits (on a calendar year-end)
While we typically file an extension for the majority of our clients, we are happy to discuss what is right for you!
-
The IRS allows an additional six-months to file your returns if you file an extension form. This gives you more time to gather all of your information without feeling rushed.
Extension deadlines are:
September 15th for businesses
October 15th for individuals
November 15th for non-profits (on a calendar year-end)
While we extend all of our clients, we prepare and file returns upon receipt of complete information.
-
This is tax prep, not dating. Extensions are a common practice, especially now that our tax code is ~7,000 pages long. It does not open a taxpayer up to any more scrutiny than a non-extended return.
-
Our turnaround time is based on the date we have received all of your information. An average timeframe is approximately 3 weeks.
